1471 Call Return


Tells you the last number that called - unless the caller withholds their number. 1471 Call Return also lets you return the call straight away, by simply pressing 3.


1571


Diversion of incoming calls when there is no reply or the called line is busy. Stores up to 10 messages for up to 20 days.

1571 can be accessed by the following:

When you have received a new message your dial tone will be interrupted.

After dialling 1571 you will be told you have x new messages and x saved messages.

After reviewing each message you will be able to press 0 to return the call, press 1 to listen again, press 2 to save or skip or 3 to delete a message.


Choose to Refuse


Lets you stop nuisance or unwanted calls. You can block up to 10 numbers. Callers who have had their call rejected will hear an announcement stating that their calls are not being accepted.

Choose to Refuse can be setup by using a touch tone phone

If the last telephone number that called is to be barred, you should 14258, Choose to Refuse will then ask you to press ** (2 x star button) to confirm that you really want to bar the number.

Other numbers can be barred at any time by dialling 14258 followed by your PIN.

Choose to Refuse will then offer you the facility to:

Add a number to your list
Review your barred numbers
Change your PIN


Call Waiting


A stuttered dial tone lets you know when another caller is waiting to speak to you.


3 Way Calling


This function enables you to introduce a third party to a call.


Reminder Call


Your phone will ring at the same time you program it to.


Ring Back


Don't waste your time re-dialing an engaged number. Simply dial 5 when you hear an engaged tone, wait for a confirmation message, then hang up. When your phone rings, pick it up and wait for the other person to answer.


Caller Display


Shows you the number that's calling you - only works with equipment that has the appropriate display.


Call Barring


Resource can help manage your business telephone bills by providing a Call Barring service that allows you to prevent calls to certain numbers.
